Data we collect

We only collect the data you send us by writing to info@lasagnaware.it, such as your name, email address and the content of your message. The site has no contact forms, no analytics and no advertising. It embeds no third-party content: fonts and scripts are hosted on the site. The site remembers the language and the light or dark theme you choose in your browser. This information stays on your device and does not reach us. See the Cookie page for details.

Why we use data

We use the data you send us only to reply to your email. We do not use it for any other purpose.

How long we keep data

We keep emails for as long as needed to handle the request, and no longer than 24 months. After that, we delete them.

Who can see the data

The data is handled by authorised Lasagnaware staff who reply to messages. The site is hosted by a hosting provider that processes data on our behalf, as a data processor. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Under articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR you can exercise these rights by writing to info@lasagnaware.it. If you believe your data is handled improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
